Health Platform Data (with your permission)
- Apple Health (HealthKit) data on iOS: workout records, heart rate, active energy, and other health metrics you authorize
- Google Health Connect data on Android: workout records, exercise sessions, heart rate, and other health metrics you authorize
- WearOS companion data: real-time workout tracking and sensor data from supported wearables
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes. Some uses apply to all users, while others are specific to Premium subscribers who opt into AI-powered features.
Core Service (Free and Premium)
- Provide, operate, and maintain the workout tracking functionality
- Sync your fitness data across your devices
- Calculate progress metrics, statistics, and workout history
- Manage your account and authenticate your identity
- Process subscription transactions (via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat)
- Send important account notifications and service updates
- Respond to support requests and provide customer assistance
- Monitor app performance, diagnose issues, and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
AI-Powered Features (Premium Only)
- Generate personalized workout plans and training programs based on your fitness data, goals, and stated limitations
- Provide AI-driven fitness insights and analytics based on your workout history and progress

- Your fitness data (workout history, body metrics, goals, injuries) is processed by AI systems to deliver these features. This processing only occurs when you actively use Premium AI features

- Analyze usage patterns in aggregate to optimize app performance and user experience
3. Data Security

5. Health Platform Integrations
GoGAINZ offers optional integrations with Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android to read and write workout and health data. WearOS companion functionality allows real-time workout tracking from supported wearables. These integrations are entirely optional and require your explicit permission before any data is accessed.
- Health data is used exclusively to provide the Service's fitness tracking functionality and, for Premium users, to power AI-generated insights and recommendations
- Health data is never shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes
- Health data is never used to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the Service
- You can revoke health platform permissions at any time through your device's settings, which will stop future data collection from that platform
- Our use of Apple HealthKit data complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines; our use of Health Connect data complies with Google's Health Connect policies

La100e Labs inc. is based in Quebec, Canada. Your data may be processed and stored in Canada and other countries where our service providers operate. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where data is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses. By using GoGAINZ, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
9. Children's Privacy
GoGAINZ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 may use GoGAINZ only with parental or guardian consent as described in our Terms of Service.
