The honest catch: you cannot bring your history yet
CSV import from Hevy is being built, and it is the single most requested thing on the roadmap. Until it lands you would start from an empty logbook. If that is a dealbreaker, and for a lot of people it should be, put your email in and I will tell you the day it ships. No newsletter, one email.
