The honest catch today: Strong ships CSV export and GoGAINZ cannot yet import it. If moving years of history matters more than anything else, wait for the importer.

- You need your existing Strong history in the app on day one. The GoGAINZ importer is not shipped yet.
- You want a large, established company behind the app rather than a solo developer.

- You train with supersets, drop sets, rest-pause or circuits and want them tracked properly.

The honest catch: you cannot bring your history yet
CSV import from Strong is being built, and it is the single most requested thing on the roadmap. Until it lands you would start from an empty logbook. If that is a dealbreaker, and for a lot of people it should be, put your email in and I will tell you the day it ships. No newsletter, one email.
