Deleting your account

We'll be sad to see you go. But here's how.

If you want to delete your GoGAINZ account, you can do it from the app. We won't make you email us, call a phone number, or solve a CAPTCHA.

How to delete

  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm by entering your password (email/password accounts) or typing "delete"

What happens next

  • 14-day grace period: your account is deactivated, not deleted. Changed your mind? Reach out via the Contact page to restore it
  • After 14 days: your personal data is permanently deleted
  • Anonymized data: your workouts, sessions, and exercise data may be kept in a fully anonymized form (stripped of all personal identifiers) for product improvement. There is no way to trace this data back to you or your account
  • Subscription: you must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account doesn't automatically stop billing
